Well, it's come to this. Will I FINALLY be able to give up junk food to stop my gains being covered in fat, and give up coffee which harms my sleep and gym strength? And they both rape my bank balance massively.

How do I avoid waking up tomorrow and telling myself "Just one more day"? My main motivation, apart from the above, is to avoid giving money to normies.

I know this feel bro except it's more like

repeat forever

although I will say I actually managed to get through a whole day yesterday without fucking up on my diet except for a 100 calorie granola bar so today will be day 2 if I can make it

it would be way easier if all I cared about was losing fat and I could more or less starve myself. But I'm determined to lose fat while keeping the few gains I've finally managed to gain over the years
