Alright guys, I've walked about 17 miles today.

I'm about 17 stone/240 lbs, and I'm 6'1" tall.

If I walk the same distance once a week, for about 3 months, how much weight could I lose?

OP here. I forgot to mention that I'm on a strict diet (mostly vegetables, low fat meat like chicken, pasta and rice.

Also, I need to lose weight because I have quite a bit of fat.

eat lean meat, veggies, Intermiting fasting ( 10pm-2-6pm dependant how good you are, drink only water and coffe, keep up the walking till you are confident to run ( its the same shit, only takes less time)

keep it for 1 month and the results will be biblical
