Do any of you guys get serious nausea when doing legs? Been lifting for two and a half years and this just started happening. It's seriously limiting my workouts so i need some advice.

i relax my diaphragm as much as possible when doing lifts

Sometimes I get exertion head aches. However, I t end to do both squats and deadlifts on the same day.
