Ok, I started doing 10 min of burpees (with a push up at the bottom) everyday. I do as many as I can in 10 min. I am doing around 80 of them right now. If I keep doing this for a long time what will be the main changes in my body?

You will get less tired doing burpees.

Try the burpees challenge, but it last a little bit more.
Descending sets from 20 reps to 1 rep. Do the 20 set under 30 minutes.
Try the burpees-pull-up. Pyramid style
A nice work out is 5 rounds of 10 burpees-5 pull-up and 400 m run..
It will improve your cardio.
Burpees alone won't make you buff, but will help you to cope with harder training sessions.
Not OP, but guessing the board isn't the biggest fan of squat thrusters either then?
