HELP! So I only eat oats as my source of carbohydrates, can anything go wrong by only eating oats? I just don't find any types of carbs tasty now that I've been eating very strictly healthy so its pretty easy to just chuck my oats in a blender with water and chug it down.

I eat beans as an additional source of carbs/protein. Usually pinto or black, but the type doesn't matter that much. Beans are mostly carbs/protein so they're a pretty great choice for me. Open a can, rinse off the juice in a strainer (to remove excess salt), and microwave it for about a minute. It's not the greatest food, but it's cheap and really easy. I like to top it with a little cheese for fats and hot sauce for flavor

Google it because I'm not sure what its called, but Spinach has this thing in it that starts with I (I think) that is basically really harmful if you have too much

Like the other anon said, broccoli is the best leafy green by miles.

And as for carbs, what about rice? Bland on its own but spice it with stuff. Or just chuck some soy sauce on it. Very tasty and cheap
