whats the point of bluetooth headphones if I'm carrying

i got them for the gym, little realizing it gets in the way still of the OHP, and front squat, and you have to put it on over the front of your neck if youre benching.

A game changer for the squat and diddly tho, also sun tanning

Get you one of them holders for your phone that goes around your arm. You don't have to "carry " your phone then
Or have it fall out your your pocket while running.
