Can someone show me a basic workout routine? I have no idea where to start (which machine, how many reps etc. )
I got a bypass surgery a few months ago, losing a lot of weight, and want to minimize the damage to my chest and belly mainly. So those are the areas i want to focus on. Arms, back and shoulders are secondary.
