I know, I know, I am a fatfuck (actually 178lbs or 81kgs) and I have been trying to bulk at least a little. I set myself a realistic goal to gain 5kgs of mass in 6 months. Weight stopped after first 2 and since then I have been desperately trying to gain weight. I have estimated that I need around 2850kcal/day, but after I get my 160g of protein from meat and some veggies I am basically full, so I get dirty carbs from pizzas, crisps, burgers and whatnot.

Pulled 200kg x3 and 230kg x1 (unexpected 5kg PR, due to me not counting the weird plates they had) and combined my normal deadlift+back day with my normal saturday BB fuckaround day (BB split with mostly shoulder isolation shit and curls), doing another unexpected PR, doing a set of seated shoulder press for 6 with 40kg dumbells, after a 15->20->25->30->35kg ladder sets of 10.
