Hey, what's a good calisthenic guide/channel/routine.
I've been alternating pull-ups and dips after my runs about five days a week for about three months now. I can 20 underhanded chin ups, 15 overhand pull-ups, and 18 dips (all bodyweight). I can plank for about 3 minutes give or take a little.

I'm not interested in SS or the gym. Been there, done that: not interested.
I'd rather make my body move through the air and do cool acrobatic shit.

honestly i wouldnt recommned any routine to you because ive seen best gains when i made my own for myself but i can recommend few skills for you to work on

you can find progressions to all of this online - do your own research lazy cunt also strength training wont make you do acrobatic shit you gotta also practice them so go to some tricking or freerunning group and learn from them

by doing one arm pullup negatives/weighted pullups and plenty of wall handstand trying to take feet away from the wall. after you achieve few seconds try it without wall, you can supplement it with headstand
