A true knowledgeable /fit/zen who isn't in his first or second year just don't give a fuck about routines anymore.
The patrician thing to do is to do whatever you feel like, mostly chest and biceps shit and that's it.
You only see the weakcunts and fatasses overthinking their gym routines. Prove me wrong.

It's because we know what exercises work what the best. If I want to work triceps I work them. If I feel my hamstring is lagging I work them. A routine can't do that for you.

Right now I'm only doing 2 or 3 chest exercises, barbell shrugs for traps and curls for biceps. When I feel like it I do leg raises and pullups.
I'm seeing better results than when I was autistic about my routine and numbers.
