I dont know if I'm losing any fat..

Before I started working out I weighed 187 and was a fatass, now I'm about 200 and am not as much of a fatass but why am I so heavy?
I've done intermittent fasting 18/6, and a diet of 2000 cals (cut) 50% protein 30% carbs 20% fat using Samsung Health. I drink a gallon of water per day and take creatine, BCAA's, and Infowars Vitamin Mineral fusion. I don't take rest days unless I feel too tired to work out.
I've done 3x10 PPL on machines and some free weights (side lateral raises, upward barbell row, standing military press, curls). Along with 15-45 minutes of cardio.
What am I doing wrong lads?
