>Started taking Anti ADD medication so I can focus and be less forgetful
>This cuts my hunger cravings in half
>Just started going back to the gym to gain muscle
>Scared I wont be able to gain mass with my low appetite
Any way to cheaply get the proper fuel into my body without feeling like I am eating a ton? With my medication just thinking about eating a ton of food makes me feel sick. I hate not having much hunger craving but is there anything I can do to still eat enough?

Eat things which compress fat and protein into smaller packages.
Nuts
Legumes (lentils in particular)
Eggs
Yogurt
Bacon
If you're full...you're full. Eating fats and protein allows leptin to signal fullness sooner than your stomach's capacity to expand.
If you try to eat the same load of carbs, leptins get "frustrated" because triglycerides take up the space where it'd signal fullness. This is why you see the phenomena of someone binging on some shitty snack, or candy, and then regretting it. Because the signal is "stomach is fucking full", not leptin's "stomach has enough".
PS: I take ritalin too. 1 extended release 54mg pill.

Thanks anon. I could see myself snacking on nuts a little bit throughout the day.
