I'm still pretty new to lifting and I always use pronated grip on my deadlifts. I hate mixed grip but my progress is stalling greatly because I can only manage so much weight with an overhand grip. Are there any ways I can keep making progress without using a mixed grip?

yes, either. problem solved. or just train forearms more and improve your grip.
