>going into third day of keto diet
>Doing EC stack as well to flush water weight even faster
>Once I'm a week or two into ketosis I'm going to switch to a water fast and stop EC until I lose another ~20lbs
>Once I'm down to the weight/fat level I want to be at I'll start a clean bulk to regain the lost muscle mass
So /fit/ I know I'm going to probably die doing this. Which phase of this do you likely think will kill me first? My first real keto hunger day should be tomorrow, but I've been adding sodium/electrolytes to avoid that flu effect. Anyone have any similar self-disgust motivated weight loss plans similar to this?
>inb4 water fast is a meme
Everything here is a meme.
Does water fasting actually work? I know a lot of people do it to "flush toxins" but essentially isn't it just the same as keto? Seems like all you're doing is going into ketosis on both "diets" to burn the extra fat.

You don't "flush toxins" you lose intramuscular water weight because of carbohydrate depletion. The amount you lose can vary from anything to 4-10 lbs
This is one of the main reasons people think "Keto is amazing senpai, look at all the weight I have lost", I am not saying keto is a bad diet it's just nearly all the weight you "lose" in the first 3 weeks is 90% muscular glycogen stores.

Ex was a gains goblin so I don't really have much muscle now as is. Like, it looks like it's there but I can't lift shit compared to what I could before. It's weird, but my plan is to just lose the crap body I have now and start over.
