What is best for going to the gym 5 days a week?
There is a lot of conflicting information on bro splits and whether they are helpful or not.
Id much rather go to the gym 5 days a week mon-fri, but the only routines I can find related to this are bro splits. wat do?

Well I guess you just answered your own questions, OP
>>41812713
this. just make sure not to do some 5 day split, hit all your body parts twice a week and it don't matter what kinda split you do.

im retarded how do i hit all muscles twice a week?
>>41812755
first you hit them once, then you hit them again.
just do coolcicada you sperg
Do a suicide set faggot!
10 minutes 5x15 of core super sets to failure: Bench + Squat + Deadlift
10 minutes 3x30 of protagonist/antagonist muscle groups: Curls+Pulldown+Fly+Shrugs
10 minutes 5x15 of legwork: Calf Raises+Leg Extensions+Leg Presses
15 of HIIT cardio or TABATA rows
Do this every day faggot and you'll get YUGE.

is this the truth?

Supersets means no rest in between you do each category. Total duration of your workout should be 45 minutes and then get the fuck out of the gym fatty.

Do PHAT
2 days power (upper/lower body)
3 days hypertrophy (more or less push/pull/legs)
The only downside is you'll have to alternate squats and DL's for lower power. You'll still make some gains on the one you're not actively doing, but you won't be able to get assistance work, like deficit deads on squat weeks, etc.
thanks for all the tips, i understand everything now.
PPL but just skip the second round of legs.
Or you can do legs during the first pull day so you hit it twice a week.
Monday: push n legs
Tuesday: pull
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: push
Friday: pull
Saturday: legs
Move the days however you want.

Switch rep schemes every 5th week (so example first 5 weeks is low volume high intensity, next 5 weeks high volume low intensity, etc). This is from a MalePhyisque template so this is only a gist of it since there's a bunch of other stuff I can't write in a single post. Look it up you may find it for free.
Push pull legs upper lower
Or
Push pull full-body push pull
Where push and pull both also contain equivalent leg movements.

Only if you want to work them twice a week.
Fuck it just take more preworkout.
Is there something fundamentally wrong with combining a leg routine with push exercises?

Erase Saturday. Accidentally included that
