My squats feel like hit.
I used to do high bar squats and made the change to low bar squats for a while, BUT IM ALWAYS TOO UPRIGHT FOR LOWBAR SQUATS
Is low-bar just not for me? I told one of my friends in the gym and he said something about my proportions maybe just being better in high bar
How do i find out if i have a long torso or short torso, long limbs or short limbs? I was told having a long torso, people are more comfy in highbar

All that long/short body part stuff is meme-bullshit. You just need better technique.
Stick out your butt, lean forward a little more, and tighten your core. Look at Ripptoe's videos. "Hip drahve" is a useful concept.
