Anyone got any tips for keeping up muscle stamina during a workout? I always have the desire to keep lifting but my muscles start to get all tired and noodle-y and it's like I can barely lift anymore.
Does drinking BCAAs during a workout help? Is that why people do that?

Work on endurance. Stuff like sprints, prowler pushes, jump rope etc.
