currently running u/l with bi/tri isolations twice a week each
I'm considering dropping the isolations from my upper days and adding in a new day dedicated to arms, with high rep bi/tri'forearm isolations. Am I a retard? If you have a better idea to put mass on my arms as fast possible with getting fatter or pinning please tell me.

I've found it convenient to just work everything twice a week with a day in the middle errands/relaxing and I like to keep the weekends free because I'm usually busy. But it's not enough and I'm considering sacrificing saturday mornings to the armgods but I need to know it's absolutely necessary.

most of your arms are triceps so focus 5 exercises to your arms, 3 for tris 2 for bis. for each exercise make sure you hit every head of the tricep and for every head of the bicep
