Think I fucked up, and I'm probably just seeking validation.
Slipped from semi-regular fitness 2-3 times and week and it's slowed to a stop. Nothing's terribly wrong in my life, though the bad motivation in there.
Today, I was planning to run after work. Just a 20 minutes run around the neighborhood. Instead, I'm sitting at a chicken wings place 4 hours later because I just laid down and slept.
Ways to reintegrate back into healthy life?
Don't ask for advice, just fucking to it. You claim you used to exercise 2-3 times a week.
Do that, but don't stop this time. There's no magic to it. You have to want to do it. If you didn't like what you were doing, try different exercises. If you don't want to exercise heavily, walk 10k steps a day. Just do something, don't post here and pat yourself on the back for trying.
