Well lads, I've read the sticky among other things. Been steadily gaining weight over the last two years from 240lbs to 295lbs at 6'4". I have an active job that requires fairly heavy lifting and getting my fat ass off the floor and back down a ton. I bought a squat rack, preacher curl setup with ezpz bar and a bench with 300lbs plates. Going for just weight loss and aesthetics I was wondering what sort of program would be best. So far I only tried the bench with 1pl8 and pushed out 15 reps before I didnt feel comfortable and curled 110 for 5 reps with the ez bar just to try it out. Looking at maybe a modified german volume training? I just want to be swole and not in my gut.

Also diet is 3 eggs, babbi spinach, one slice dry daves killer toast or oats for brek. Two scoops, some cottage cheese, and nanner shake for lunch. Dinner is rice, beans, spinach, and either lean beef burger, bison, chicken, turkey burger, moose, or deer. Soon to add fish to that. Figured I dont need to eat that much since im a fat.
