Hey guys!I weighed 110 kgs and reduced to 74kgs in about an year but i had way too much loose skin and i started looking lanky.Due to exams my weight increased to 84 and idk why but i feel that my stomach is not normal.I see other boys of my age who are the same body type but they look attractive shirtless while i don't.Pls help me by telling me i'm not the only one or just giving me tips.ty

Keep losing weight until you hit 12% or 10% bf while doing cardio exercises. Youre still very fat and its only going to be worse if you try to bulk and youre most likely weak so you cant even build enough muscle to show through the bulk. Cardio until you become skelly. Thats your first step. Lose the weight fat fuck, then come back
