Is benching 2pl8 for 3x8 enough ? Seriously I feel like my chest doesnt really need to get bigger than it already is. Seems like it's time to focus on my OHP, you can never have big enoug shoulders and triceps as a natty.
Anyone here also only doing the bench as a secondary movement and focusing on overhead stuff ? Can someone recommend a program I could use for that ? Most programs I see focus on Bench/Squat/DL instead of treating the OHP like a main lift.

if you want 3d delts you should be doing a lot of lateral raises and rear delt raises

you think I should focus on strict form or on adding weight primarily ? Currently I mostly do a mix of OHP, Band Facepulls and Lateral Raises. Apart from maybe the lateral raises I have pretty good form but I could certainly push harder and add weight if I wanted. The thing is I always do that stuff at the end of my workout or in the case of the OHP right after benching so intensity isnt as good as it could be I guess.

did you read my post ? I was thinking about shifting the focus from benching to OHPing because I am happy with my pec size and wanted to focus on my delts.
