Sup /fit/. So vacations are comming and i will have more time to spend. I would like to know if training 2 times a day, once at 10am-12am and once at 8pm-10pm, will give me better results. My goals are to grow and get stronger. I dont care abouy getting thin.

I usually get 100g of protein everyday (i would get more but my family are fucking fatties that only eat carbs and fibers, so most of my protein i get is from supplements and chicken breasts).

I would suggest as written above if you want to follow OP's goal (strong, not thin).
If not, 10% to 14% I would suggest.
