I'm 65 KG (130 lb) and 183cm (6'0). I think I'm a skinnyfat and decided to lift weights and started from 5 kg dumbells. Can I get a visible gain just by eating healtier and doing dumbell exercises? Thing is, all the fat goes to my thighs for some reason rather than my belly, so I'd rather to not gain any weight soon.
Do I need to gain any weight or can I just convert the fat to muscle for now? I can do 15-20 dumbell lifts if I push myself.
