why would you even have soda and chips lying around to eat? that's like planning to fail.

1. stop buying shit food so you can't eat it
2. embrace intermittent fasting because it's a stupidly easy way to cut calories out with minimal hassle and hunger
3. if you fail just drink water and eat veggies
