So I discovered that even if I walk 5km per day and lift full body 3 times per week that my maintenance calories is only 3,000 at 83-84kg
Who else here slow metabolism?
My maintenance is 3,000kcal/day, lifting 5 days a week, at 90 kgs.
So your intake seems actually high for maintenance on a 83-84 kg guy, unless you're sub 10%bf and most of your weight is lean mass.
