R8 me. I know, there's a lot of work to be done, but I'm feeling like I'm plateauing at my noob gains. Also I squat a good deal, but how do I get those juicy quads? Help a bro out, /fit/?

You don't look like someone who has abs but you do. But honestly nice body m8.
>>41800644
You look like a fucking cookie cutter. Stop being a bitch and lift some weights.
>>41800644
Fuck forgot specifics.
Height: 6'2
Weight: 195
Squat: 335 1RM
Deadlift: 435 1RM
Bench: 240 1RM
OHP: 195 1RM

That's what I'm asking for. I know there's a lot to be done, but what really sticks out as something to work on? I want to progress.

Lean down a little more. About a 3-5% decrease in body fat. You have a great foundation, just some unnecessary adipose tissue to shed off to look awesome.
Good luck

I personally feel your chest and legs are too small, work on those. Stop with the cookie cutter 3x a week full body workouts and start doing different isolation exercises daily.
>>41800662
Your squat and deadlift should be bigger, deadlift especially because of your height.
>>41800703
For legs I usually do
5x8 225 lbs squats
5x6 185 lbs lunges
4x12 3pl8 seated calf raises
10x10 ~190-200 lbs leg curls and leg extensions
I've only really done isolation workouts like PPL routines, basic chest/ tricep back/bicep legs weekly routine. However it's PPLPPLR, so I'm in the gym for six days.

Front is good by what about your back? How are those lats looking?
>>41800644
stop hunching over and stand up straight
what a fucking awful pose
How long you been lifting?
>>41800696

Here's my back. I used to swim as a kid so I had a wide back to show for it, but it has since slipped from me after college.

I've been lifting for 8 months from being a skinnyfat. Honestly 90% of whatever gain or change I had was done in the last 5 when I stopped just dicking around in the gym.

shoulders are definitely lagging, maybe chest.
how do you work your rear delts? do you dip/pause bench?
>>41804309
I do weighted dips, incline and flat bench, dumbbell flyes and rear delt flyes, and cable crosses for chest and delts.

We can't tell what needs work, if you don't stand straight unflexed.
How are we supposed to tell what is and isn't proportional?
