Does anyone else have biceps that are different sizes? e.x. one has more length in bicep, and other has more girth? (no a dick joke lol)
and if so how can I balance them to be symmetrical?
Yeah, my right arm is about an inch and a half wider than the left
Personally, I add another two sets on the smaller arm, with things like kettlebell/dumbell workouts anyway.
Slow and steady progress, there may be a better way to go about it

alright i'll try that out
If your doing free weight stuff make sure both arms are being worked the same, I.e. 3 seconds down on both and the same reps

Don't do that. You might just make them more imbalanced. Work strictly with dumbells OP, you are probably cheating on the bar without realizing it. Always start with the weaker arm and stop with the stronger one wherever the weaker one gassed out. Do this for about a month or two and your body should even out, though if you have a really fucked up imbalance it may taker longer.
