Can I get mad mobility/flexibility like gymnasts from a bodybuilding routine? I do dips and pull-ups twice a week, what else can I add? I don't want to restrict myself to a calisthenics only routine cause I want to develop my body sort of fast too lel.

just do bench, ohp, squat, deadlift, and add in bodyweight/ mobility shit that you want to accomplish
