Just found out that all my jawline acne is caused by dairy. How to restructure my cutting diet? I eat the same thing everyday:

> 255g broccoli
> 112g skim mozzarella cheese (320 cal: 32g protein, 20g fat)
> 5 egg whites
> 336g chicken breast
> 150g avocado
> 127g mushroom
> 100g onion
> 14g oil
What else has a lot of protein and fat with no carbs like cheese?

Have you figured out what it is? Does skim milk or non fat have the same effects? What is it about the dairy that phucs your shit? Have you tried harder cheeses like swiss or sharp cheddar? If its the lactose they sell lactose free milk (it comes pre-broken down so your body doesn't struggle with it). Honestly if you have to absolutely cut out dairy, then your only option is going to be nuts and maybe cut back on the avocado unless you need the micros from it
