Ok /fit/, I need your help.
I went to the gym for some time, then I stopped for several months. The fact is that I don't have enough money to pay the membership. I postponed my excercises thinking that eventually I will get the money, but I haven't and I'm tired of waiting. I need a full body workout without any equipment, dumbbell or anything like that. I simply cannot buy them. The only thing I have is a carpet. Now, obsiously I'm not expecting to become shredded, but I just want to keep my body active and have some gains. Is there something that could help me?
