My knees crunch and click when I squat, I wouldnt say its painful, but when Im done my squatting sesh my knees dont feel 100% right. I dont lift heavy because Im afraid to do so. I dont want to ruin them. How do I fix this? Who would I go and see that can look at my knees and know what it is/how to resolve it?

I have this problem to but it happens to most of my joints. Staying in a position for a prolonged period of time and then getting up usually causes it and it's irritating but dosen't cause me any pain. I don't know how it got to be like this and would like help to
I had a similar problem, and it was fixed by perfecting my form and warming up longer. I was really weak, and I used to favor one leg over the other when squatting instead of using both my legs equally while also moving my legs around while squatting. Once I fixed that and studied proper form, I got better and it no longer happens.
