If im eating at a defecit but eating tons of protons and lifting really hard, how do i measure my weight loss if I might also be gaining muscle? The number on the scale isnt changing much but people are connenting on my body and I can see definition and juicyness my body has never previously had.

Bodyfat scales are only $35-$40, not much at all if youre /homegym/.

If you have a membership, I imagine most gyms should have at least one. The only gym I ever tried had one and it was pretty shit
