I used to drink a lot of soda as a an oBEAST, then I switched to diet soda for years as I lost weight.

Now I'm just chubby and I've recently went from diet soda to seltzer water because it lacks all of the chemicals, but has the carbonation that I crave.

I drink diet Dr Pepper or diet Mountain Dew everyday. 1 Liter at work for the whole day and several cans on fhe weekend. My life has been consistently getting better for the past 6 months and diet soda has been consistently benefical in my upward spiral.
