Why not both you tard

I lost weight by maintaining a daily calorific deficit.

Both if I want to drop weight really fast or just IF if I want to take my time and maintain mass and strength p gud. Also it's nice to be able to cut on eating a whole medium Pizza every day. The more carbs I have on a cut, the stronger I remain.

Lower your calories , lower your Fats
Take enough proton
Carb up with the rest of the calories , don't make the mistake of cutting out carb .
On a cut you should try to conserve as much carb as possible , fuel high intensity strenuous exercice with it , and create the real deficit through that exercice and through EPOC .
Or do low carb and be the sluggish piece of shit that can only train at low intensity .

keto for the appetite reduction, but i do both

I feel really weak when I do both. If I balance my macros and just do IF, will my results slow down?
real men who want to change water fast for weeks to quickly melt the fat that we've stored throughout the years, 2 months ago from April 1st to April 21st i water fasted and went from 283lbs to 251, since then i've been doing PPL and psmf (1000 cals a day) and i'm currently 231lbs

EAT CARBS if you don't want to feel weak FFS , it's the macro that allow high intensity and huge oxygen consumption , No carb = No heart gain .

You are GOING to feel weak, I just tolerate it for a few weeks to cut weight in a hurry.

whaaah whaahh me need my carbs me need to eat every 2 hours WHAAAH

>how it works
>by creating a caloric deficit
That only tells half of the story though. There is a reason why a ketogenic caloric deficit diet outperforms a low fat caloric deficit diet.
I don't know why people are so afraid of taking metabolic processes into account and just scream the CICO mantra out of the top of their lungs whenever someone tries to talk about it. Maybe people are intellectually lazy.

Pretty good for that but pretty useless otherwise.
