just get a good antitranspirant, there are some you can get in pharmacys (in germany at least) and they work pretty good.

for me the bigger problems are my fucking sweaty hands.
they're wet/sticky almost all the time and i already developed a slight washing obsession because of that shit.

Ive bought blocker type antiperspirant at pharmacy. You use it before sleep. Works perfectly.
