Is that too much? I work out one hour after breakfast, so I feel like I need carbs for energy and minimize carb intake post-workout. To anons who train in the morning and are cutting, how much carbs and cals do you eat for breakfast?

I eat about half a cup oats with 1 scoop of whey in it. With 1-2 cups of cottage cheese.
