Going out again in 30 minutes, blasting the fuck out of my sore legs again and also doing more dead-lifts mixed in with bench-press.
Anyone else here have a killer workout? Girlfriend left for holiday and now I'm going to hit the gym 7 days a fucking week 4 weeks straight.

Nice volume. Want my advice pal, double the weight and halve the reps. Take at least 2 days off a week. And pin some test every other day.

I actually want to take test, i like this volume and even after it i still feel energetic as fuck since I'm not a low-test fat cunt like the majority of /fit/ with no endurance.
I'm not doing the same volume today as i don't want my knees or back injured, but i will be doing 5x5 100kg, and my 150kg DL mixed in with bench and lots of ab work.
