Can you guys rate my workout plan?
Im 18 and im starting football workouts that include lifting and conditioning on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I also plan on doing 100 pushups, 200 crunches, and 100 squats while running 1 mile and working myself up to 2+miles every off day. I'll increase the pushups and other workouts as time passes.

What position do you play? If it's pretty much anything but qb or reciever then fuck the bodyweight stuff, get in the gym and work on strength.
