How does the keto diet work?
I've looked up a decent amount online and I find a lot of conflicting information. I'm interested in trying it, but have no clue where to start.
I'm 5'9" and weigh 166, with little muscle on my body. I'm thinking my ideal skinny weight would be 135-140ish.
Also any tips or lessons learned from past experiences would be helpful.

keep it under 25g of carbs a day, the rest doesn't matter. keep a spreadsheet and weigh yourself once a week. take notes of your shortcomings and exercise differences from week to week. if something isn't working, you should see a pattern in what's going wrong.
