Not likely as testosterone tends to cause oily skin. Some people break out when eating lots of sugar, fat, or milk, so if you have acne those foods could be problems and you should try cutting those out to see if it's any of em.
Also you should clean and moisturize your face at night, while wearing sunscreen during the day if you want to have good sin in general.

Yo reply, i need more info on acne, my friend has acne and he's got shit confidence, so i wanna fix at least one of them.

everyone says the same, like stop eating sugars or wash regularly but he doesn't eat sugars and i'm pretty sure he washes regularly so i don't know what else he can do.
