What if I just don't do any benching or rowing?
If your goals are strength but not to compete, you'd be fine. Probably want to do some bodybuilder style chest work and some isolation work for your rear delts.
That being said, not doing lifts because you don't like them is a bad habit to get into.
Yeah you will be fine. Probably up your volume to compensate. I feel the same but do the others for volume.
