Whats better for my isolation exercises after my compound exercises.
4x12 or 3x8? I am on full body and some said 4x12 is too much. 3x8 would make add quite a bit of weight but dunno if that would matter a lot with less overall volume

I'm trying to get out of DYEL so I'm no expert, but from what I've heard, if you are doing your isolations at the end of your workout you could try to push for failure with 3x12/10/8 trying your max every set and reducing your reps on each (and even the weight if you need to) similar to a superset. I'm probably wrong tough, so I expect that someone corrects me.
Wendler's Boring But Big says 5x10
I'm doing Phark's GSLP and I do my isolations 10x4 and final set AMRAP.
