guy on the right can do a dip with 190 lbs added, pullups with 130 lbs added, and strict muscle ups with 70 lbs added.

obviously he is very strong but why does he look like a dyel? obviously the lower weight you are the easier it is but still. you'd expect a guy with those kind of numbers on dips and pullups to have insane chest and back yet he looks like he never exercised.

He wrote Overcoming Gravity. Tis a very good book if anyones interested in gymnastics strength training.

I'm pretty sure he's an avid boulderer too, so he's gotta keep the weight down to get those high V numbers.
