Are very low calorie diets really that dangerous if you are 60+ pounds overweight? I planned to eat 500 calories a day for 2 months straight. I should lose at least 20 pounds during this. Everywhere I read says that I will literally die if I attempt this or have several health complications.
Is it really that bad?

I did it, you're jut going to be woozy and not shit. I was about a hundred pounds overweight btw. Kept same by remindkng myself that there would be a cheat meal waiting for me at the end of the week, also a lot of FPH threads
