Why is my progress so shit ?
Have been doing Texas for about 2 weeks and went from 1pl to 1.5pl bench and 2pl to 2.5pl
Now after weeks of not going to gym i switched to zyzz's routine for 4 weeks and i can barely bench 1pl 3x10 and 2pl for 3x10
Should i do bulgarian method instead or switch back to texas?
Im 6"0 manlet @ 185 lbs

Because his post on simply shredded was the only comprehensive routine & diet i've seen, whenever i search anything else the people dont specify why they do the exercises and why they eat what they eat
