I'm cutting, I'm way below calories for the day, but I'm not hungry.
Does eating drastically low calories matter in terms of muscle loss, for like only one day?
I'll be eating maintenance - 500 tomorrow.

Maintenance - 500 is pretty standard for weight loss.
>Does eating drastically low calories matter in terms of muscle loss
If you eat a huge ass deficit consistently (say you need 2.5k to maintain and you eat ~1K) you'll lose weight like a mad cunt, but it will be mostly muscle.

Why are fit tards so fucking stupid?

Nah, you have to look at these things on a longer scale. Your weekly average calorie intake is way more important. You can throw in fasting days and whatnot, doesn't matter. Just make sure you eat enough protein over the week and don't go dangerously under your recommended calorie intake.

I've been on a 1-1,5k deficit for over two months, and I haven't lost any muscle as far as I can tell. If you have a really low body fat percentage you'll lose muscle like a madman when cutting, because losing the little fat you got gets harder and harder.
