Hello I dont like cooking and all the replacement meals are vegan and contain flaxseed and soy
I dont care about eating the same disgusting stuff everyday as long as I get the essential nutrients and it's easy to make. What would I need?
(Im not sure if this belongs here or /ck/ because I think /ck/ is more focused on actual food whereas im thinking /fit/ could be more helpful speaking only of nutrients)

Then move on to some very straighforward dishes from the recipe section of bodybuilding.com. Sweet potato, chicken and broccoli is a classic and can be made in advance for an entire week if you choose to. Make sure to season, at first just buy generic '(spicy) chicken' or 'ground beef' spice mixes and use a generous amount, later you can make your own. Use enough salt (less when using spice mixes because they contain a lot already) and especially pepper. Honestly cooking is easy as fuck once you get the basics down and who knows you might start to enjoy it.
