Mentally, how do you guys recover from this? I feel like once I fuck up on a set, the rest of the workout goes to shit.

If my first set sucks I put the whole workout on hold and just let my body reset itself while looking for better music.
Usually clears things up. Sometimes the body just needed some time is all.

You have to get more chill, while working out. I can lift more now, without getting drained.
