I suppliment 10,000 iu vitamin D3 a day.
If I switch my lifestyle to where I get more sun light, should I reduce the dosage? Like not taking any if I go to the beach.
A small portion of my body is exposed to sun sometimes, if ever. My face, both ears, my neck, my hands, all my fingers, both forearms, and sometimes my knees and my shins.
Should I reduce my dosage on days I play outside?

I would just go for like 5000IU. A;though i hear its very hard to overdose since you produce so much form sunlight anyway. If you don't mind paying, jst keep up your normal doseage. I think like 25k for supplement is when it starts getting dangerous.

I don't want to be a liver meme
Whenever I read about more supplimenting it is already if you take x you need y and if you take y you definitely are needing Z.
I watched this yesterday. I recommend it.

im a SHUT in NEET (i only leave house to go gym at night time)
I had a blood test recently as I checked in for mental disorder help, and my Vitamin D was good.
I think Vitamin D supps are a meme. My skin is exposed to daylight for like a few seconds/minutes at the most.
Being white and a shut-in.......vitamind D supps should be for me, but see I don't even need them. GG.

If you've not taken them then you shouldn't even comment on them. Shit makes me feel so fucking good even though the doctor said I had plenty.

I took around 120 mcg for some months that my blood level was stable and got blood tests to see if it was the correct amount for me. Turned out it was around 30 mmol over the recommended top/optimal score. I lowered my dose to around 75 a day, probably fine now. Gotta get tested later this year. 75 mcg = 3 000 IU.
